[edit]This article has like a number of issues to begin with. First of all, despite the citations given, I'd say that the [[WP:N|notability] is at least in doubt. First off, I'm not sure if publications by the authors of something can be said to be "independent" of the subject, even if presented at conferences. Second, I have my doubts that a few conference papers constitute "significant" coverage.
If notability is somehow established, it most likely needs something like a complete rewrite. At the moment it starts with a lead section that has no real content and the whole article is void of any concrete explanation of what this thing actually is, or what it may be good for.
