Difference between small state and small power
[edit]The first reversion was, according to that editor simply because the small powers redirect had not been reviewed, it did not have to do with his article. We agree it was ok for me to revert his change. Now, a new account today has reverted the change twice without explanation. Small power and small state can have a very different meaning, with small power having to do with political discussion about power, while small state is more related to the concept of a microstate.
