Unreliable source?

I removed the tag {{Unreliable source?|reason=domain on WP:BLACKLIST|date=July 2016}} after adding a reliable citation from ec.europa.eu. Also, I do not think aerospace-technology.com is blacklisted now for which this tag was intially placed. If you think I made a mistake then please feel free to revert the edit.
