The Church of Skulls is in Czermna, not in Kudowa Zdroj. You get the bus from Kudowa Zdroj. When you get to Czermna, which is interestingly enough a village sliced in half by the Polish/Czech border, a bloke in a Land Rover will try to tap you for pyinch zwotik.
