Hello fellow Wikipedians,

I have just added archive links to one external link on Skidpad. Please take a moment to review my edit. If necessary, add {{cbignore}} after the link to keep me from modifying it. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}} to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:

Query: Slightly puzzled that the linked article about the World Record clearly states that it was 26 miles, not 26 minutes; it was apparently actually for 55 minutes.2A01:4B00:88F3:AA00:9E5:7902:B6C7:CFA1 (talk) 15:37, 18 November 2021 (UTC)Reply

Kick Plate?

[edit]

"This usage has similarities to that of using a kick plate"? The only usage of the term "kick plate" I have ever come across is to describe the metal plates sometimes fitted to the bottoms of doors to prevent damage if people kick them open. I'm fairly sure that I'm not the only one baffled by the use of the term here. Can someone add an explanation, or link to an article which clarifies the usage of the term here? I don't think an mere external reference is sufficient.~2026-24363-19 (talk) 15:37, 20 April 2026 (UTC)Reply
