it is IMHO not a dictionary's job to pillory anything or anybody. Blatant facts like those here presented are strong enough without emotional adjectives.
On the other hand I'd appreciate more information about Simyo's business mode, depicting differences to other mobile companies.
If I may be of assistance to re-formulate the paragraph in question, let me know.

I'd like to see some link that proves that KPN is the fourth-ranking mobile telephone operator in Europe.
They are not even in the top 5!
