The use of Tamil script

I see no reason why the Tamil language or its script comes under the purview of the India project. Even though it is an Indic language, it has national status in Sri Lanka and Singapore. I am of the opinion that the resolution of the India project under WP:INDICSCRIPT has no effect on exclusively Tamil articles. A similar decision has been resolved in the Tamil Nadu article where the native script is used. --தமிழ் வாழ்க; யாதும் ஊரே, யாவரும் கேளிர் 13:48, 4 June 2013 (UTC)
