Moving to simple present

- I disagree with this assessment. Both terms are acceptable, but "present simple" is the more commonly used. Compare the following Google hits:
- simple present (NOT present simple) = 181,000 hits
- present simple (NOT simple present) = 1,150,000 hits
- simple present (NOT present simple) on U.S. university websites = 11,300 hits
- present simple (NOT simple present) on U.S. university websites = 25,800 hits
