With regard to notability tag. I've looked this guy up on Google scholar, and he doesn't have a page, but it's clear he has relatively few citations. His most cited paper has 105 citations and his h-index according to Google scholar is about 18, definitely fails on the 'more significant than the average academic test'. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 216.6.138.98 (talk) 04:35, 21 February 2013 (UTC)
