Sister City
[edit]I wonder, why the Mandaluyong City is the sister city of the Silay City? I don't even know that while I have stayed here at the Silay City. Please reply me. It doesn't connect anything. ▒hÅ╓Θ╚DΦ|≈ ▓ 09:17, 15 March 2015 (UTC)
