I don't know if I'm reading this right but it could have been recorded at the Hit Factory.

So you can see that there's Hit Factory Inc. (1968), 701 Seventh Ave.; then down a bit there's Studio 2:, then below that there's Records: and below that there's " Sign Of The V"; Artist: Bobby Bloom; Prod'r: Jeff harry; Label: Earth.
