This article has a LOT of potential, but there are some problems.

If the athletic information is a direct copy-and-paste from the ISHAA web site, that is a copyright violation. However, the information can be reformatted to avoid this without major problems.
Needs Wikilinks throughout.
The third sources in the reference list concerns me. Is this an interview with someone or what? A book? A paper? A published article? If it is a personal interview that the author has conducted with someone, or is the personal recollections of the author himself/herself, that would constitute original research, which is not allowed. More independent sources would come in handy, too, and footnote the sources to link with the appropriate sections of the article.
