ISBN 978-0-914710-66-0. Shkje is the plural of Shkja, which in Albanian means both Slav and Orthodox Christian. Its derivation is: L. sclavus > Alb. shklavus > shkla > shkja

"kopil shkine"

From Reddit: "Joz, the big guy, is basically a loser (as a human and also on the show) since he was kicked from the show and then brought back by Gjesti, the small guy, himself (the production gave him a choice and he did it to show Joz that he can beat him again) ! The reason Joz was kicked from the show initially is because he said something really bad (called Gjesti “kopil shkine”) in Albanian and the production decided to remove him from there immediately. Fast forward to this moment which is the semi-finals, Gjesti was announced as finalist and Joz didnt even congratulate him or anything at all, he seemed mad af. When the production told the other people (who were not finalists) to leave the house, Gjesti decided to open his door indicating he is sending him out and he won. Joz didnt like this very much, it seems…""

From Google I gather that "kopil" means something along the lines of "illegitimate" or "bastard", but I find no credible information on "shkine" except this article which has several variations of the spelling and some references to albanian, so I assume it's related in some way, and perhaps could be included in this Article.
