Character section needs trimming

- B2: Missing coverage on how and why this series came about? Who are the major producers? Expand on plot and connection between the characters. Expand on format for the manga and anime - is it a sitcom, a slice-of-life four-panel gag? Which came first? Was it a simultaneous launch of the franchise? What are the major story arcs?
- B3: Over-emphasis on characters, also not clear if it's an anime first or manga or both. Missing development/production section, missing reception, which should boost notability.
