This entry needs to be completely re-written. (i) It is full of garbled text. For example, this is the second sentence: "The aim of shipbuilding contract is to regulate a substantial and complex project which the builders and buyers assume long-term obligations to other and bear significant commercial risk oof all site is the vius." (ii) It fails to do what any Wikipedia entry on law has to do, which is to identify the legal system/s that it is dealing with.
