As this page is a disambiguation page now, it does not make sense for the talk page to redirect to the talk page of one, even if by far the most important, of the terms on the page. I do believe though that Sherpa should redirect to Sherpa people and that this page should be Sherpa (disambiguation).

It does make sense for NPOV to list the usage as "Mountain Guide" as a used meaning for the term. It can be marked as "often considered offensive" but it is frequently used in the press, especially the non-American and non-Nepalese press, and readers may want to go there.
