Sheikh Chilli (folklore) created by Cielquiparle (talk). Sheikh Chilli (Sufi scholar) 5x expanded by Cielquiparle (talk).

Number of QPQs required: 2. DYK is currently in unreviewed backlog mode and nominator has 85 past nominations. Cielquiparle (talk) 23:39, 20 June 2026 (UTC).Reply

General: Article is new enough and long enough
Policy: Article is sourced, neutral, and free of copyright problems
Hook: Hook has been verified by provided inline citation
    QPQ: Done.

Overall: Interesting article, Cielquiparle. New enough, long enough, the hook is sourced and definitely interesting to see Don Quixote parallels in other countries. QPQ done. I know you asked for additional time to make this into a double hook, and if you need more time I'll be glad to oblige, but the nomination as is also works for me. Please let me know which you prefer. --Sky Harbor (talk) 15:10, 24 June 2026 (UTC)Reply

@Sky Harbor: Yes please. I have now added the second article and new ALT hooks above (first one intended for the quirky slot), as well as 2 more QPQs. The second article was 5x expanded starting June 20/21. Thanks for your help. Cielquiparle (talk) 02:00, 26 June 2026 (UTC)Reply
Thanks, Cielquiparle. To quickly review the other Sheikh Chilli article, it does look like it was expanded 5x within the time frame, it is interesting and the hook is sourced. QPQs also done. Between your two other hooks I am open to both. Might be a bit more partial to ALT1, but I think ALT2 will go well also. I'll be glad to defer to the closer of this nomination which of the two hooks we should go with. --Sky Harbor (talk) 04:39, 27 June 2026 (UTC)Reply
