Sherah

[edit]

The book entitled the Ephraimites that never went to Egypt is not right and in error. The author needs to read the whole Bible from Genesis right through to the end. Ephraim actually had his children in Egypt and although they had left early to fihgt the men of Gath and got killed, the Lord blessed Ephraim and his wife with more children. Psalm 78:9-10 refer to them as turning back in the day of battle although they were armed. They also did not keep Gods covenant and refused to keep his law; They had forgotten the works and wonders shown to them in Egypt. Of the tribe of Ephraim, Joshua, the son of Nun (Num 13:8, Deut 1:38), was the one who took over the mantle from Moses and led them into the promised land. So Sherah could not have been born in Canaan. 2A00:23C8:4127:2401:4457:75B1:697B:CB9C (talk) 20:21, 21 August 2025 (UTC)Reply
