Origin of Group Name
[edit]If the band member already definitely said what the origin is, then why even have the preceding paragraph about speculation? 69.25.155.15 17:03, 22 October 2007 (UTC)
- It's commonly known as fancruft. Based upon speculation, rumour, hear'say but mainly complete codswallop, it is aimed to promote the outfit (indeed, any band) as somehow different. Complete bollocks is a more accurate description of this kind of pseudo rock journalistic approach that sadly permeates Wikipedia like a plague. Rant over, I have removed the fancruft, although the article needs more references throughout.
