[edit]Sesamoiditis can apply to humans and quite a few other animals. Should this be only within a category of horse diseases?
Split in Two?
[edit]Given that, if I'm not mistaken, this type of inflammation is fairly prevalent in humans and most sufferers would appreciate a human-centric article on the topic, should this article be split into to stubs? Specifically, should there be both a "Sesamoiditis" and "Equine Sesamoiditis" article instead of the current merged article? I haven't done enough editing on Wikipedia yet to trust my intuition on this one, but it seems like two articles would allow for more detail on each particular form of the disorder as well as allow for images of both a human and horse leg at the top right of their respective pages.
