The section Sevo Robot Group is not the entire article. I want to focus on the numerous patents and innovations related to welding process that belong to this company. I also want to describe the applications and industries where these inventions can be found. I pressed the "save page" buton before I finished writing the entire article. If the description of Servo Robot Group is the only problem, I can modify it without problem.

I added proper references to this page linking each patent to the proper source of information.
I believe this page is recent, so it might be normal that just one person edited yet. I know it is extremely difficult to write in Wikipedia when we are a beginner. Maybe SRI had to “save” many times to correct this page. I am a beginner and that’s always happening to me.
If you search SRI on the web, you will find it stands for many things such as Southern Research Institute, Socially Responsive Investing, Strategic Resources Inc. or it could be a Sanskrit word; maybe it is just a coincidence. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Judlef (talk • contribs) 22:40, 21 August 2009 (UTC)

I have a conflict of interest: I work with Servo-Robot (disclosed on my user page). I am therefore requesting review of a proposed rewrite instead of editing the article directly.
The current article has three references, all from 2002 to 2006, one of which (a Fanuc marketing newsletter) is a dead link, and a large uncited applications table written in promotional language. The proposed text below:
- Replaces the uncited table with cited prose and removes promotional wording ("recognized leader", the Six Sigma sentence).
- Adds a History section (founding, subsidiary timeline, patents) and a Products section, cited to independent trade press (The Fabricator / The Welder), the Welding Journal, and a peer-reviewed paper in Robotics and Computer-Integrated Manufacturing.
- Converts all references to citation templates and adds categories.
Two citations to The Fabricator are missing publication dates (the site blocks automated retrieval); these can be added on review. The full proposed wikitext follows.

- Trade publications such as The Fabricator (run by the Fabricators and Manufacturers Association) are suspect when it comes to independence from their subjects, as they rely on the financial health and wellbeing of the industry they cover, and as such, frequently post press releases and the like from that industry's companies. Access to those companies (which the trade publication promotes) is maintained through these occassional press releases. The companies frequently release optimistic, forward-thinking missives to the trades, knowing that these publications work to promote their industry.
