Article needs help

[edit]

The History section is way too long. It comprises not history, but a list of headline news, mostly during a recent 10 year period.

  • Paragraph: On May 10 2010, ...
  • Paragraph: On June 30 2010, ...
  • Paragraph: On September 5 2010, ...

This kind of writing is unreadble, and it's not history. Suggest read books, crib from them. Book authors know how to distill information into readable historical prose. -- GreenC 03:09, 7 June 2024 (UTC)Reply

Consensus on term

[edit]

@Terrainman: You reverted @2a02:587:5408:17c5:84a3:ee92:3a9:4a0f:'s edit on this page. Can we come to a consensus on which term to use instead of starting an edit war? Perhaps a neutral term would be better? Feeglgeef (talk) 01:10, 23 November 2024 (UTC)Reply

Sure. The link in the citation is broken, and I do not know anything about the Balkans. So we have nothing to base this on. But if you feel the term 'terrorists' is inaccurate, perhaps 'insurgents' is better. Is this ok? Certainly not 'freedom fighters', that's subjective. Insurgents is fine by me. I'll change it to this, and if anyone opposes (or the IP comes back) it can be changed Feeglgeef (talk) 02:52, 23 November 2024 (UTC)Reply
