I started this because other things link here, and I'm working from what look to me like reliable sources, but I suspect it is a topic where not a lot is known with certainty, and where I am definitely no expert. - Jmabel | Talk 06:45, 22 February 2010 (UTC)Reply

Someone with better Latin than mine (not a very high bar) might look at the Ora Maritima and improve this; I suspect that much of what is in my sources ultimately derives from Avienus. - Jmabel | Talk 07:02, 22 February 2010 (UTC)Reply

This "encyclopedia" looks completely unreliable as a source. Harry Mountain seems to be an experimental musician with no qualifications in the field of Celtic studies at all. I presume the name "Saefs" is his attempt at reconstructing the original form - wrongly. Paul S (talk) 13:45, 27 December 2014 (UTC)Reply
