Disambiguation?
[edit]As you can see at Talk:Sedan (car), there has been discussion since 2006 about whether Sedan should be an article about the car type, or a disambiguation page. The consensus, up to now, has been for the former. I'm all in favor of discussing the issue and coming to a resolution, but it is disruptive to move the page or change the redirect before a consensus is reached. There are over 1,400 other articles on Wikipedia that contain links to sedan that were written by authors who understood that this would link to an article, not a disambiguation page. These links need to be updated if the consensus is to make a change, so let's not prejudge the outcome. Go through WP:RM and let's have a full discussion and a consensus before making disruptive changes. --Russ (talk) 21:32, 3 August 2008 (UTC)

We need to wait until the move request at Talk:Sedan (car) completes before changing the redirect here.
