Disambiguation page cleanup

[edit]

The following major changes, with reasoning. Not every change is noted here.

  • dictionary definition of sector removed; this is handled by the Wiktionary entry
  • image associated with circular sector removed as unnecessary detail for a disambiguation page
  • economics related terms: a new article, List of recognized economic sectors, was created to support revision of this line item.
  • removed because I could not find reference to this in Formula One-related articles (re-add if you can identify a cross-reference): "In Formula One, a sector is a section of the track defined for timing purposes. There are usually 2 or 3 sectors on a track"
  • removed political science section as redundant to the economics section
