I disagree with the assertion that secret trusts are an anachronism. Just because the use of a device is rare doesn't mean that it is an anachronism.

Secret trusts can be useful indeed - publicity in many instances is unwanted. Further, the testator may wish to change their mind. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.24.162.62 (talk) 23:35, 25 December 2008 (UTC)Reply
