The section Premise says:

’’A young skilled neurologistconfronts the consequences of her medical errors during a high-pressure shift.’’

I think the movie is clearly NOT saying she made errors (or that she didn’t). Based on available evidence, her call MAY have been correct, including the call not to spend hospital resources findin more evidence (a scan), even if her assessment proved wrong.
