I'm not sure why this player was moved to Sean Depaula with a lower case "p", but he has always gone with an upper case "P" in his name. The official MLB site lists him as DePaula as do all his baseball cards. See for example: which has a facsimilie of his actual autograph where he himself capitalizes both the D and P in his last name.
