SEALMESTER?

[edit]

In this particular font, the symbol | looks almost exactly like the letter l (edit this page if you don't see what I mean). I was therefore completely confused as to why people kept calling Seamester Sealmester. Apparently Seamester does write its name almost exclusively as Sea(vertical bar)mester, which may be a legal issue, since Ocean Classroom also runs a program called SEAmester (and others probably do as well; it's a pretty obvious pun). Nonetheless, the vertical bar causes nothing but confusion in whatever font this is we use. If it were up to me, I'd remove the vertical bar from all mentions of Sea(|)mester in this article, add a sentence noting that it's been removed for readability purposes, and possibly create a disambiguation page for other programs called Seamester (none have Wiki articles yet, but they will). But done anybody have a brighter idea? --Fullobeans (talk) 20:05, 4 September 2008 (UTC)Reply
