Argument Against cuts both ways

When countries with quotas relax their quotas, it opens the market for U.S. made films, because the American film distributors do not offer individual films, they sell contracts committing foreign presenters to screen whatever crap they send. Using the word "America" instead of USA or US

Shouldn't it be written USA or the United States instead of "America"? America is too broad, it also contains Mexico, Peru, Brazil etc. This sentence is a good/bad example: "President Kim Daejung suggested BIT between South Korea and America in a hope that..." Can you imagine if it would be "between Korea and America"? I know americans (south americans) who don't like this use of the word. 82.131.124.38 (talk) 16:41, 21 January 2016 (UTC)

Outdated / Missing Information

I stumbled upon this article today, only to realize that this article's severely outdated. The two most important areas of improvements are:

• Outdated information: Much of the "current" information is from 10 years ago and is therefore no longer relevant.
• No mention of recent developments: It lacks any mention of the Chinese screen quota system and tax rebates and the French subsidy scheme.

Perhaps I'll take some time to update the article. Holler at me if you don't see any updates by the end of this year.
