It seems that there has occurred a typographical error when typing out the title, as the word screecher is spelled differently from the rest of the article, where it is spelled screacher. Screecher is instead a thing that screeches. As far as I can tell, other sources spell this as screacher, so it was most likely a mistake when making the title.
