Students only?
[edit]Do some Scream pubs have a "students only" policy? A couple of years ago I was turned away from a pub in Manchester because I couldn't produce a NUS card, but I can't recall whether it was a Scream pub or not. I thought at the time it was strange that I could drink in the students' union bar if I wanted to (using my Alumni union card), but couldn't drink in an independently owned pub! ==small update++
changed "George" to "The Royal George" which is its full name, in response to an above comment, no they do not run a students only policy the 3 scream pubs i frequent (Woodville and royal george in cardiff and aardvark in coventry) all have non-student regulars, even old men. many places do operate systems where you must produce student ID to enter but this is not a policy of scream pubs and is generally university owned establishments or bars that run student nights.
