Keep

[edit]

We could already populate this page with the news surrounding his death. It is certain that much new information about his life story and business connections will come out before long. Valetude (talk) 23:54, 26 November 2015 (UTC)Reply

Valetude, you are most welcome to add more. Have expanded it, but mostly about his death. Struggling to find much about the business side. Edwardx (talk) 01:06, 7 December 2015 (UTC)Reply
There'll be quite a lot more struggling before the facts come out, but they will eventually. Valetude (talk) 00:00, 7 September 2018 (UTC)Reply

Pic of street

[edit]

The picture shows the east side of Montagu Square. The house was actually on the west side, though the scene looks very similar. Valetude (talk) 06:47, 7 December 2015 (UTC)Reply

Why the inverted commas?

[edit]

"discharged from a psychiatric unit after an episode of drug-induced psychosis"

Are there doubts about this report? Are we not able to check with the clinic? Valetude (talk) 18:06, 13 September 2016 (UTC)Reply
No. That would be original research. Emmentalist (talk) 23:08, 29 May 2023 (UTC)Reply

Death

[edit]

I've edited the lead and the section on the subject death to reflect the fact that the inquest ruled out suscpicious circumstances. I've also removed an estimate of the subject's wealth. Young's supposed wealth has been disputed by many sources, with some reporting that while he was a fairly wealthy individual, this came from serving as a fixer for a Russian billionaire. I do not think any of these sources are good enough to refer to in the article and while a court jailed him for conceling assets it is not known how much they were worth. There is some evidence, referred to at the inquest, that the subject was depressed and in great debt. References to his relative wealth, at any point in his life, can only be guesses and so are best left out at present. Emmentalist (talk) 23:07, 29 May 2023 (UTC)Reply
