This was once an area where a lot of Lesbian couples chose to live
[edit]I don't know if this is still the case.
I can't remember if this was "in" Scientists Cliffs or near it.
My knowledge of this goes back a number of decades. They had their own community there. I'm not saying it was wrong at all, just saying if sources can be found, that should go in the article as part of the area history.
Decades ago, however, Lesbian relationships were often kept very quiet. So sources might not be easy to find.
When I knew some people in or near SC, they were not trying to be very obvious about their lifestyle. This was the old days and they wanted to keep it pretty quiet.
