Do all keyboards send scancodes or do most keyboards send scancodes and which ones is it that does and which ones is it that doesn't?

I emphasized 'most' in the wiki entry because it was important to me that it was specified explicitly if such were the case, but feel free to remove 'most' if ALL keyboards...

The Amstrad PCW keyboard doesn't; it sends 17 words of keyboard state at regular intervals, rather than a unique sequence for a key press or release. HungryHorace (talk) 22:23, 15 October 2010 (UTC)Reply
