This is really where the article at Scale (string instruments) belongs IMO, but I don't think the naming of the article is all that important just so long as this redirects there.

There was a previous, speedily deleted version reading

The claim on this page that either of the physics concepts are also known by this title is not borne out by either of those articles, nor the sources on them. As such, the claim is OR, and not appropriate for the basis of a disambiguation page. I recommend that this page be deleted (or moved to scale length (disambiguation)) and the musical instruments page, the only one with the actual title and the only one to actually use the term, be moved here. oknazevad (talk) 03:25, 4 September 2020 (UTC)Reply
