(New York) Tribune (Apr 11-1922): "C. H. Fletcher, Castoria Manufacturer, Dies at 84" "Purchased formula from New York Physician in 1872; Funeral To-morrow" "Charles H. Fletcher, organizer and president of Centaur Company, manufacturer of Castoria, died Sunday night in the home of his son-in-law, Albert Bryant, 732 Berkely Avenue, Orange, N.J. He was eighty-four years old. ... He was a member of the Montauk Club, of Brooklyn; the Columbia Yacht Club and the Hardware Club. Besides his wife, Mr. Fletcher is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Bryant, Mrs. William Morrison, of Brooklyn, and Mrs. George Betts, of New York City. ..."

(New York) Herald (Apr 11-1922): "Charles H. Fletcher, 84, founder of Fletcher's Castoria, died yesterday in the home of his daughter, Mrs. Albert Bryant, in Orange, NJ.
