Sanyo TV USA section is out of date

[edit]

I believe the Sanyo TV USA section is out of date. The Sanyo web page shows four TVs, the largest of which is the 65" model FW65R70F. I bought that exact model from Walmart in 2019, five years ago. As far as I can tell this model is no longer actually available from retailers. I don't think Sanyo is making TVs anymore.

Given that TCL bought Sanyo's Mexico factory in 2014, it seems likely that the same Mexico factory that was making Sanyo-branded TVs in 2019 is now making TCL branded TVs, which are readily availble.

About the confusion with Sanyo Denki

[edit]

While their accomplishments are interesting, that section should only contain information about the other companies basic information. Ilgazocal (talk) 17:13, 20 February 2025 (UTC)Reply
