Santonin in absinthe

The erowid link (besides being an out of date FAQ) doesn't provide any data suggesting Santonin actually exists in absinthe. As far as I can tell there are only a few papers making this claim (often to try and find a reason for Van Gogh's supposed illness) and none actually tested the liquor to find out.
