Amoco?

Truncation in 1950

[edit]

A distinction might be made between passenger service and freight service. I went several times to the Garden Grove depot to pick up freight, and we did not move to Garden Grove until 1954. I believe that regular freight service ran for much of the 1950s. (I saw 1958 somewhere but can’t find that now.) I saw occasional SP traffic into the 1960s. Jim (talk) 18:59, 28 May 2025 (UTC)Reply

Challenge Met

[edit]

There's been a Citation Needed tag on a claim of high ridership in the first paragraph of History. Since there's actual ridership figures listed in the article, the CN appears to be outdated or at least misplaced. I am removing it. -- Srwalden (talk) 04:27, 4 July 2025 (UTC)Reply
