The Need for a Dedicated Page on the Truck Variety

Between their utility, their somewhat recent occurency, and overal intruige, i think a dedicated page would be a good idea. What would the proper term be? "Stone Slinger", "Gravel Slinger", "Mobile aggregate moving truck" , "Slinger Truck" etc?
