AFC second look
[edit]This article was rejected at AFC last year by User:Robert McClenon. A friend who works for Samsung asked me to take a look at it. I did and I don't see anything particularly wrong with it. It doesn't seem overtly advertorial in tone, and it satisfies the reviewing criteria specified at WP:AFCR of "would this be deleted at WP:AFD?" I don't think it would. It's a web browser used by hundreds of millions of people, and the existing links show it satisfies the general notability guideline. It also clearly doesn't fall under CSD G11. —Tom Morris (talk) 14:42, 2 May 2017 (UTC)

Version History
[edit]I have updated the article's Version history section with two separate tables; one for the Android operating system, and one for Windows. The reason for the two separate tables is because although there appears to be an effort by the developers to create consistency of the browser between the two platforms, the version numbers and features in developer release notes don't quite match up. It is also quite possible that certain features cannot co-exist between the two platforms, so the tables will be kept separate for now.
Please note that the New features column in both tables should only show features that have been added, modified or removed in specific updates to the browser. This means that bug fixes and performance optimisation updates should not be inserted. Also, the tables should only feature stable release updates, as there would otherwise be an unnecessary duplication of features developed in beta / preview versions. I have allowed the option to hide these tables because of their size. Tristanlbailey2 (talk) 03:41, 25 July 2026 (UTC)
