...of 58:58, being the 4th best mark in the event's history, is arguably Kitwara's primary claim to fame, so I don't see a reason to excise it from the article. It is notable enough for IAAF to put it in the article title ("Kitwara blazes 58:58 in Rotterdam"), and it's even mentioned in the Samuel Wanjiru's article.
