Contested deletion
[edit]I believe that the WP:PROMO and WP:42 issues can be rectified given substantial editing. To complete this, I suggest draftifying the article as an alternative to speedy deletion . - On the contrary, I wonder if the media response to the character's exit is an interesting aspect. I expect that the responses will only increase as the show's second season continues. - You can perhaps add media response to the main article of The Pitt or the individual episodes pages? Not every characters of series/movies need their own page, especially just for media response of a character that will exit in 2 more episodes. ~2026-21181-26 (talk) 12:41, 9 April 2026 (UTC)
- I will respect the outcome of this deletion nomination, but I again reiterate that I believe the identified issues can be fixed. I was simply too hasty in my initial publication. I would be grateful if the article could, rather than be deleted entirely, be moved back to draftspace, where I can rectify the issues and prove the subject's notability. - I'm the admin who evaluated the speedy delete request for this article. I declined the request b/c there are indications of significance on the article's subject. In addition, I feel the article doesn't qualify for speedy under G11 (unambiguous advertising or promotion).
