"Hunger is from" (aka Where Hunger is From) IS documented
[edit]I'm not a known editor, so I don't know what the protocols are for adding info. However, you list the episode for "Hunger is from" as being undocumented or of uncertain provenance and/or lost. IMDB lists the episode as "Where Hunger is From", Sam & Friends Season 2 Ep 4, with an air date of Feb 12, 1960 [1] and the episode IS on Youtube on several channels [2] Archive.org also has a number of episodes with full video -- someone seems to have uploaded episodes that were apparently lost: "I got you under my skin" footage[3], a 1955 episode titled "Loona" which appears to be authentic but isn't listed here [4], and Long Hammer Lost Journey has a partial video clip with the song C'est Ci Bon [5].
