Dr Francis Joseph Mettauer
[edit]Hello! I am seeking information about Dr. Francis Joseph Mettaeur who came to Rhode Island from Canada and was among 4,500 French Soldiers at the Battle of Yorktown. He then went on to Kingsville VA with approximately 50 soldiers who later died from smallpox. Any information is greatly appreciated. Merci! ~2026-24357-51 (talk) 00:58, 21 April 2026 (UTC)
