The history section is a complete mess. The first historical fact about starting TCP/IP connectivity (which is after its initial DECNET implementation) is wedged into the first sentence and contradicts its own citation, followed by a sentence about that initial implementation. The second citation sets 1989 as the organisation's founding year, contradicting this article's mention of 1986 (the text does not mention its incorporation in 1989, only the sidebar does). Between this article and its Dutch equivalent, various years between 1986 and 1992 (inclusive) are mentioned for the network's activation and for the company's/organisation's foundation. --2A02:A473:FE0C:1:F1D3:7A4F:C15:F595 (talk) 06:20, 21 April 2025 (UTC)Reply
