How does STAAD use the SDs and SD1 seismic coefficients to check for site-specific seismic reactions? In other words, how or where are the site seismic coefficients entered into the model?

[edit]I have problem on this, the input constant can be variable, but, why did that structure/building stood up with that constant we often used?? Yeah, Sure the Constant is a value from a structural/geo strength book. I am providing my free software inspired from this STAAD software, I formerly used this software but too much printing is being involved, too many papers with numbers.
