Acronym

What does SIBMAS stand for? If it doesn't stand for anything, then the entire article and title should be changed to title case (Sibmas). If it does stand for something, then that should be explained very early in the article. Holy (talk) 21:39, 8 November 2017 (UTC)Reply

I currently have one source which states "SIBMAS" is an acronym for the company that produced it, but I've always found that somewhat dubious and remember reading somewhere else that it's an amalgamation of two acronyms, one describing the manufacturer and the other either a second party or the vehicle itself. So SIBMAS does stand for something, it's just information that needs to be clarified by a primary source and cited properly. --Katangais (talk) 16:39, 9 November 2017 (UTC)Reply

Finally found a source which states what the acronym is. It's the name of the division within the parent company which produced the SIBMAS: Société Industrielle Belge de Matériel Automobile Spécial. --Katangais (talk) 22:43, 18 December 2018 (UTC)Reply
