it should be noted that the SCR-299 replaced the SCR-197, in the K-18 truck, and K-19 trailer combo. and was in turn replaced by the SCR-399, which was housed in the HO-17 shelter, usually carried on a 2.5 ton CCKW. the picture in the advertising is a little misleading,Brian in denver (talk) 16:36, 23 July 2008 (UTC)Reply
